This policy covers agentfineprint.com and the Agent Fine Print Uploader, a private internal application used solely by the owner of the Agent Fine Print channels to publish videos to those channels.

Who runs this

Agent Fine Print is an independent media project operated by an individual publisher in Gurugram, India. Contact: hello@agentfineprint.com.

The application has no other users

Agent Fine Print Uploader is not offered to the public. It authenticates one account — the owner's own — and exists only to upload finished videos to the owner's YouTube channel. It does not create accounts, does not sign anyone in, and collects no information from members of the public.

Google user data

When the owner authorises the application, it requests these Google API scopes:

youtube.upload — to upload video files to the owner's own channel.
youtube.readonly — to read back the status and public performance metrics of those uploads.

How that data is handled:

Access and refresh tokens are stored on the owner's own machine and are never transmitted to any third party.
Video metadata and public performance figures are used only to inform what the channel publishes next.
No Google user data is sold, rented, shared, or used for advertising, profiling or any purpose unrelated to publishing to this channel.
No Google user data is used to develop, improve or train generalised artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
No human reads the Google user data other than the owner.

The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access and deleting data

The owner may revoke the application's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revocation invalidates the stored tokens immediately; the local token file is then deleted. No copy is retained anywhere else.

This website

agentfineprint.com is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no trackers, and does not collect personal information from visitors. It is served by Cloudflare Pages, which processes standard server request logs (including IP address) for security and delivery purposes under Cloudflare's privacy policy.

If you email the address above, that message and your address are kept only for as long as needed to answer you, and are never added to a mailing list or shared.

Children

This site and application are not directed at children and knowingly collect no information from them.

Any change to this policy is published on this page with a revised date above.
